Tier 1 (General)
Replaces the old style Highly Skilled Migrant Programm (HSMP)
Tier 1 (General) is a way of allowing individuals to migrate to the United Kingdom . It aims to provide an individual migration route for highly skilled persons who have the skills and experience required by the United Kingdom to compete in the global economy.
Our specialist advisers can advise you on seoring area covering educational qualification, work experience and past earnings. We provide legal assistance to clients in preparing and lodging applications and precess work permits under this programme.
Tier 1 (Enterpreneur)
Current immigration policy is designed through immigration rules to allow people to come to the United Kingdom either to set up their own or to join existing businesses.
Under this category, a businessman must have a least £200,000 capital of their own to put into the business. This has to be readily available capital, either in the UK already or easily transferable to the UK, which can be put into the business.

Tier 1 (Investor)
These are the people who have at least £ 1000,000 of their own which is disposable in the UK. They must intend to bring this money with them and invest in the UK government bonds, or share or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies (other than those principally engaged in property investment), and intend to make the United Kingdom their main home.
