Please can you help me, I have a brother who was released on bail 9 years ago from Rochester detention centre, he has been granted leave to remain in the UK but still has to report to the police station twice a week, wish is unfair for him, please could you help me with this matter, where should he go to stop this conditions and the sureties money back, please note that he has not a lawyer because he can not afford it.Thank you
